Welcome to NextGen Moving Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking services, or using our mobile app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

🧳 Service Agreement

• All moving services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Clients must provide accurate details regarding move size, location, and timing.

• Add-ons (e.g., packing, junk removal, cleaning) must be selected during booking and are billed separately.

 

💳 Payments & Pricing

• Prices are based on square footage, distance (via Google Maps), and selected services.

• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., excessive items, access issues).

 

🔁 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover scheduling and labor costs.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

 

🛡 Liability

• We are insured and take every precaution to protect your belongings.

• However, we are not liable for items not properly packed by the client or for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues.

• Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of service completion.

 

🚫 Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials

• Illegal substances

• Perishable goods

• Firearms or ammunition

🐾 Pets & Minors on Site

• To ensure a safe and efficient working environment, the following conditions apply during service:

• Pets must be confined to a secure area and remain under the direct supervision of their owner at all times. Loose or unsupervised animals are not permitted in the active work zone.

• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian while our team is on-site. Unattended minors are not allowed in the service area during operations.

• These policies are in place to protect your household, our team, and the integrity of the moving process. Failure to comply may result in service delays or rescheduling.

 

📱 Digital Tools & Estimates

• Our service estimator is a guide and may not reflect final pricing.

• GPS-based routing and time estimates are subject to real-world conditions.

 

🏝 Florida Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Hernando County courts unless otherwise agreed.
