At NextGen Moving Technologies, we prioritize guest satisfaction and strive to deliver exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for moving services booked through our website or app.

 

🔄 Cancellation Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before service may incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover scheduling and labor costs.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are not eligible for a refund.

 

⚠ Service Adjustments

If your service is rescheduled due to weather, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Offer a reschedule at no extra cost, or

  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

 

🧾 Overcharges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were overcharged or billed incorrectly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service completion

  • We will investigate and issue a refund for any verified discrepancies

 

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Add-ons or services completed as requested (e.g., packing, junk removal)

  • Deposits for large-scale or commercial moves unless otherwise stated in writing
